This class includes a warm up , cool down, aerobic exercises, strength training and stretching.

1 hLocation 1

Service Description

This class is combined with cardio drills and strength training to provide the ultimate workout. This basic training style includes calisthenics, athletic drills, plyometrics and body weight exercises. This class is packed with lots of variety and tons of fun. Expect the unexpected while burning lots of calories!
